Class Styles
Hatha: what you think of when you think "yoga". Poses vary from sitting to standing; transitions are quicker, and poses are held for several breaths. 50/50 stretch and strength.
Mindful Movements: gentle movement class focused on stretching and safe transitions; great for beginners or yogis seeking calm.
Vinyasa: quick-paced class focused on strength and flexibility; best for students who have taken multiple classes and/or are accustomed to a lot of physical movement.
